Protestsag fra Copenhagen Vikings
Michael Lauritzen, træner og næstformand i Copenhagen Vikings har den 28. august 2010 indsendt protest over en af Skaterhockey sportskomite truffen afgørelse i kampen den 21. august 2010 mellem Copenhagen Vikings og City Hustlers Kampen endte 3-3 i officiel spilletid. Der skulle derfor spilles Golden Goal om de sidste point inden for 2x5 min. Dommerne besluttede, at der skulle spilles fulde 2x5 min., hvilket resulterede i en fortsat uafgjort 4-4. Kampen skulle efter reglerne have været stoppet efter det først scorede mål. Sportskomiteen besluttede derfor, at kampens resultat blev det først scorede mål, som blev scoret af City Hustlers.
Sagens parter og dommere, Claes Fréder og Erik Sommer har afgivet skriftlige udtalelser.
Harry Arnholtz Hansen gør opmærksom på, at han mener sig inhabil i sagens afgørelse, idet hans søn spiller for Copenhagen Vikings.

Begrundelse:
Disciplinærudvalget finder, at sportskomitéens afgørelse er i overensstemmelse med DRsU - Skaterhockey reglement § 21 stk. 2. En dommer kan ikke træffe afgørelse om at ændre i reglementet. Det er sportskomitéens ret og pligt at sørge for, at det vedtagende reglement overholdes og en ulovlig afviklet kamp korrigeres, som fx ved brug af ulovlige spillere m.m. Det er som hovedregel ikke sportskomitéens opgave at rette ”forkerte” dommerkendelser under en kamp afviklet i henhold til reglementet.
Disciplinærudvalgets afgørelse kan indbringes for Danmark Idræts Appeludvalg, Idrættens hus, Brøndby Stadion 20, senest 4 uger efter modtagelsen af denne afgørelse.

Vikings er meget skuffede over afgørelsen som vi mener er forkert og er i strid mod reglerne. Vi mener ikke man på grundlag af en dommerfejl kan bortdømme det ene hold alene på det grundlag. Vi er dog enig i at dommeren lavede en fatal fejl men.
Vi mener at sagen skaber precedens for at DRsU til enhver tid kan ændre et resultat på baggrund af en dommerfejl og det er forkert.
Det vækker minder helt tilbage til DM 1992 hvor vikings var foran 5 - 0 i en kamp og tabte den 5 - 4 og derfor fil sølv - Det var tider som vi ikke skal tilbage til ! |
 Vikings Spillede i weekenden 4 - 4 mod City Hustlers i mellemspillet. Resultatet blev dog omstødt af DRSU da der blev lavet en dommer fejl, der blev ikke spillet golden goal som der burde. Kampen blev i stedet spillet færdig med resultatet 4 - 4 efter endt overtid. Kampreport underskrevet af begge hold samt dommer.
Vikings er i øjeblikket i gang med at klage over dette da vi ikke mener man kan omstøde et resultat på grundlag af en dommer fejl. Vi finder hele episoden ret problematisk.
De 2 andre kampe i pulien blev beggen vindet med 5 - 0 da Århus ikke kunne stille hold.

 Da Cph. Vikings tirsdag aften den 3. august 2010 på hjemmebanen i Vanløse besejrede danmarksmestrene fra Vestebro Starz med 6-5 (1-1, 4-2, 1-2) så blev rækkefølgen i Mesterrækken Øst fastlagt. Vinder af grundspillet i Mesterrække Øst blev Cph. Vikings, nr. 2 blev El Diablo, nr. 3 blev City Hustlers og nr. 4 blev Vesterbro Starz.
I Mesterrækken Vest mangler der en enkelt kamp mellem Kolding Knights og Århus Smileys, men rækkefølgen er også her afgjort. Kolding Knights bliver nr. 1 i Vest foran Århus Smileys.
Alle de nævnte 6 hold deltager herefter i slutspillet om herre DM 2010. Mellempuljerne 1+2 påtænkes afviklet i weekenden den 20-22 august 2010. Dvs. at kampene skal være afviklet senest søndag den 22. august 2010.

Vesterbro Starz blev nr. 2 ved European Cup for Men 2010 som blev afviklet den 6-8 august 2010 i Rødovre Stadionhal arrangeret af El Diablo. I finalen tabte Vesterbro til HC Köln-West fra Tyskland med 7-12 (1-4, 3-1, 3-7). Efter at have været bagud med 1-4 efter første periode fik Vesterbro bragt spændingen tilbage i finalen med reducering til 3-4 samt 4-5, men da de fortjente mestre fra HC Köln-West med 5 hurtige mål bragte sig foran med 10-4 i 3. periode så var finalen afgjort.

Allerede om onsdagen d.4.August fra 15.00 skal banen sættes op, der er telte der skal stilles op uden for hallen, omklædningsrum skal gøres klar, fordeles med navneskilte. Der skal laves lydprøver på lydsystemet... osv. osv. osv.
Under stævnet er der masser af opgaver der skal løses, jo flere vi er jo mere afslappet vil opgaverne være.

Dermed er kampene torsdag den 1. juli samt søndag den 4. juli 2010 begge mod El Diablo 3 aflyst. Tåstrup Skaterhockey taber de nævnte 2 kampe samt alle øvrige resterende kampe med 0-5.

Det er med sorg i stemmen vi ser os nødsaget til at trække vores hold fra turneringen, dette skyldes at vi har meget svært ved at stille hold fra gang til gang pga. åbentlyst manglede interesse fra flere medlemmer. Vi er kede af denne beslutning men det nytter heller ikke at stille et sæt kegler til kamp og blive savet over med 30-0 uge efter uge
Vi ser frem til næste sæson som bliver meget anderledes da vores bane står klar og derfor vil flere spillere komme til. Vil vil dog gerne gøre det helt klart af vi har hygget os og flere af os er kede at at trække holdet, trods massive bøllebank flere gange som vi har lært meget af. | Hvidovre Hotshotz trækker sig fra Mesterrækken |
Bo Elsbøl fra Hvidovre Hotshotz har tirsdag den 15. juni 2010 givet besked om, at Hvidovre Hotshotz dags dato trækker sig fra Mesterrækken. Hvidovre Hotshotz taber deres resterende kampe med 0-5. Hvidovre Hotshotz har offentliggjort følgende besked på deres hjemmeside www.hotshotz.dk
Hotshotz ser sig desværre nødsaget til at trække Mesterrækkeholdet da vores eneste Målmand har valgt ikke at deltage på holdet mere, det er ikke med vores gode vilje at skulle gøre det, men målmænd hænger ikke på træerne og efter som vi har prøvet alt for at finde en løsning, så har det ikke lykkes og det har så været vores lærestreg i sæson 2010. Hotshotz giver dog ikke op her, for vi ved allerede nu at i sæson 2011 stiller vi op med et endnu bedre hold, og forhåbentlig lidt flere målmand i baghånden end de 2 vi har haft at råde over i år. Vores 1.div hold får også tilgang af nogle erfarende kræfter, så fordi vi er blevet stemt hjem på en teknisk knock out i år, så forfølger vi stadig vores mål, nemlig at vinde titlen i 2011.
Vi vil også gerne være ydmyg og undskylde overfor de andre hold i ligaen, som mister en modstander der kunne ha´ bidraget med at afgøre skæbnen i kampen om top 4, og gjort grundspillet endnu mere spændende end den er til dags dato.
Vi ønsker jer alle en fortsat god turnering, og så ses vi i Mesterrækken 2011.
